Return Policy

 

Limited Edition Prints

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Jennifer Scott Fine Art Limited Edition Print, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a replacement work or a full refund for the price of the print.  Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you do decide to return your Jennifer Scott Fine Art limited edition print, please follow these instructions:

1. Email orders@jenniferscott.com with your order number and specific reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with any pertinent information you may need to help facilitate the return.

2. Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package.

3. Ship it back to us at the following address:  Jennifer Scott Fine Art, 8018 Bay Pointe Drive, Englewood FL 34224.  We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Original Oil Paintings and the 7 Day Approval Period

Because of the nature of purchasing artwork online, we offer a complimentary 7 Day Customer Approval Period for all of our original oil paintings.  This Approval Period is offered to allow for the customer’s review of the artwork in the desired hanging space.  If during this period, you are not completely satisfied with the artwork, you may return it and receive a replacement piece or a full refund for the price of the painting. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer but we will gladly assist you with all freight carrier scheduling.  Even though we are happy to professionally crate and ship your artwork to you at no charge, if the artwork is returned, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.  Please refer to our Shipping and Taxes page for more information.  After the Approval Period, your original oil painting is not eligible for return.

For Damaged Art

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to orders@jenniferscott.com.

Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email from us within one business day letting you know the status of your request.
