Return Policy
Limited Edition Prints
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Jennifer Scott Fine Art Limited Edition Print, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a replacement work or a full refund for the price of the print. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you do decide to return your Jennifer Scott Fine Art limited edition print, please follow these instructions:
1. Email orders@jenniferscott.com with your order number and specific reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with any pertinent information you may need to help facilitate the return.
2. Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package.
3. Ship it back to us at the following address: Jennifer Scott Fine Art, 8018 Bay Pointe Drive, Englewood FL 34224. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original Oil Paintings and the 7 Day Approval Period
If you decide to return your Jennifer Scott Fine Art original oil painting, please follow these instructions:
1. Email orders@jenniferscott.com with your order number and specific reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with any pertinent information you may need to help facilitate the return.
2. Pack the artwork back in the custom crate or box as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the shipment.
3. Ship it back to us at the following address: Jennifer Scott Fine Art, 8018 Bay Pointe Drive, Englewood FL 34224. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like assistance with arranging a freight carrier for over-sized crates or boxes, please let us know and we would be happy to help!
For Damaged Art
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to orders@jenniferscott.com.
Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email from us within one business day letting you know the status of your request.
